Julianne Moore cries, acts on the street for money
Oscar winner Julianne Moore has proven exactly why she’s often hailed as one of the best actresses of her generation in a new YouTube video with American comedian Billy Eichner.
• Taylor Swift kicks journo off Hamilton Island
• Porn’s ‘boy next door’ accused of rape, assault
• Seinfeld cast’s videos for terminally ill fan
In an effort to add some dramatic gravitas to the buskers of Times Square, Eichner convinced Moore to ask strangers for money in exchange for a scene from one of her films.
With nothing but a microphone and a few cue cards, Moore transforms into each of her iconic characters without batting an eyelid.
From a mother with marital problems in The Kids Are All Right to her memorable turn as Maude Lebowski in The Big Lebowski, Moore cries and yells her way through several astonishing performances.
With fragility and emotional depth, she completely outperforms all the Elmo, Cookie Monster and superhero impersonators attempting to make a buck around her.
