Actor Mel Gibson and his ex Oksana Grigorieva are headed back to court.
While they faced off over finances in 2011, this time the court action is sparked by his request to bring their young daughter to Australia this summer.
The Braveheart star and Grigorieva welcomed daughter Lucia in 2009, but parted ways the following year.

The former couple shares custody of the girl, but Gibson has requested to have the five year old spend the summer in Australia with him while he shoots a movie.
Not the first time Grigorieva and Gibson have been in court
But Grigorieva does not approve of the plan and the two parties are due back in court to work out a deal, according to TMZ.com.
Gibson is preparing to film World War II movie Hacksaw Ridge Down Under, with filming expecting to start around October.
The actor’s last film to be made in Australia was Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome in 1985.
