Why Snoop Dogg thinks Game of Thrones is real
While most people like Game of Thrones for its rollicking plot, raunchy sex scenes and gripping action, rapper Snoop Dogg likes it for its history.
Wait, what?
Apparently, the 43-year-old hip hop star struggles to distinguish the HBO series from the history books.

In an interview with the New York Post, Snoop (real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.) shares his love for the fantasy series, hailing its historical accuracy.
“I’m truly a fan of the show,” the rapper revealed.
“I watch it for historic reasons, to try to understand what this world was based on before I got here.
“I like to know how we got from there, to here, and the similarities between then and now.”
What similarities, Snoop? All those dragons we have flying around? Or the modern world’s complete lack of healthcare, electricity and decorum?
When asked what parallels he actually drew between the show and real life, Snoop’s answer was far from politically correct.
“That kings still rule and a bitch f **ked everything up, in every situation!”
Alright.
