Good news Tim Tam fans, new flavour on its way
There is some big news for Tim Tam fans with a new, velvety flavour to hit the shelves within the next fortnight.
The iconic biscuit brand Arnott’s confirmed on Wednesday it was about to introduce a new member to the Tim Tam family.
The ‘Three Bean’ variety contains coffee, cocoa and vanilla beans, according to Fairfax radio.
• Yep, vegemite chocolate is now totally a thing
• 16 treats that make you proud to be an Aussie
• Have Australians fallen out of love with beer?
A radio caller named Andrew told Melbourne’s 3AW Drive he was part of a recent taste test for the new flavour.
“It tasted really, really nice,” he said.
“It tasted a bit like mocha with a vanilla aftertaste.”
Arnott’s confirmed the news on Wednesday and said the product would hit the shelves over the next two weeks.
The news comes after Cadbury released an odd combination of vegemite-flavoured chocolate this month, with mixed reactions from chocolate lovers across the nation.
