Molly Meldrum takes a tumble in Thailand
Molly Meldrum has taken a tumble in Thailand like a album heading back down the charts.
Meldrum slipped while exiting a cab at a Bangkok hotel and has told News Corp accidents appear to follow him.
“I’m a walking disaster,” he said.

“I’m with the doctors now. They’re trying to put everything back together.”
The 72-year-old music guru said he slipped on something as he stepped from the cab and landed on the footpath, “but I’m OK”.
Meldrum took a nasty fall at his home in 2011 while putting up Christmas decorations.
He fractured his skull when he fell three metres down stairs around a spa in the backyard of his Richmond home.
It took him months to recover.
Meldrum apparently made the decision to head to Thailand to avoid the growing interest around the upcoming Network Seven mini-series Molly on which he was a consulting producer.
Actor Samuel Johnson plays Meldrum in the two-part series.
It highlights his days as the host of ABC TV’s popular music show Countdown, who he befriended in the music industry, his partying ways and his near fatal accident.
