The 3345 sq metre property known as ‘la mer’ was reportedly sold to billionaire Chinese property developer Dr Chau Chak Wing.
The mansion and compound includes spots for twenty cars, a cinema and gym.
The sale smashed the previous Sydney record of $52 million for the Point Piper mansion Altona in 2013.
Packer and his former wife Erica Baxter spent millions renovating the designer home, but split just months after moving in.
