The 48-year-old admitted there were no plans for a family reunion, but when asked if he fancied one, Mr Cameron said, “that would be great”.
The Conservative leader has been prime minister since 2010 and is campaigning for a second term ahead of the May 7 election.
Kim Kardashian shot to fame in 2007 after a sex tape she made with her then-boyfriend was leaked.
She is now married to rapper Kanye West and is worth an estimated $65 million.
