George Clooney to star in Downton Abbey
Hollywood hunk George Clooney is rumoured to be starring in an upcoming episode of UK television series Downton Abbey.
A report by The Guardian alleges the 53-year-old will play an American wedding guest in an episode that will be broadcast at Christmas.

A spokesperson for broadcaster ITV confirmed that Clooney would appear in a sketch for the period drama.
The Gravity actor is said to be a huge fan of the show and is friends with actor Hugh Bonneville who plays Lord Robert Crawley in the show.
Clooney and his British fiancée Amal Alamuddin were linked to Downton Abbey earlier this year when they were spotted at Highclere Castle, the estate where the show is filmed.
